Objective: recognize distinctive and shared characteristics of cultures through reading; understand cultural background to literary texts, grade level vocabulary, and listening for understanding.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you! Receiving "Teacher of the Year" is the greatest professional accomplishment any teacher can get. Being voted on by the students, makes it THAT much MORE special. I love my job and I love all of my students. You guys make coming to work a pleasure (most days!) A teacher is only as good as his/her students, and you guys are AWESOME!!!

- Happy Sixth Six Weeks...Free Rice...this is the only way you will be able to have a daily and quiz grade dropped. Numbers will likely be more than they were last six weeks.
