Objective: Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary Development
- Bell Work: Choose 3 of the vocabulary words on page 30 of your textbook and use them in a sentence.
- You may use two sentences, if needed. However, I would prefer that you do not use three separate sentences.
- This should be done in your spiral.
- No, it does not have to be 40 words.
- Read "The Monkey's Paw" on page 32 of the textbook.
- You will need to complete Part I of "The Monkey's Paw" Study Questions (Google Classroom) as you read and Part II after you read. (due tomorrow by 4:00pm)
- Reminders:
- Week 3 DRE is due tomorrow at the beginning of class.
- Complete the Vocabulary Builder in Google Classroom (due today by 4:00pm)
- Week 2 SAT Quiz corrections are due tomorrow by 4:00pm.
- Please stay on top of all of your work.
- Grades will be going into SkyWard either today or tomorrow.
