Week 15, Day 4
Objective: grade level vocabulary, and listening for understanding; revising and editing; 
  1. "Get Out of Jail Free" and "Leave Me Alone" Pass Buy-Back: TOMORROW
    1. ONE-DAY ONLY: TOMORROW, December 12, 2014!!!!
    2. Must bring them to class to receive the extra credit.
    3. You will NOT be allowed to go to your locker to get it.
  2. Grades
    1. I'm getting the grades in as quickly as possible.  
    2. Thank you for your patience.
    3. If you see an error in SkyWard, please let me know.  I'm human; I make mistakes sometimes, too.  
  3. Reminder: Canned Food Drive Extra Credit Worksheet
    1. Follow the directions on the worksheet.
    2. Turn it in by Friday.
    3. You'll be getting your final exam review tomorrow.
    4. I should have exemptions done by Monday.

Week 15, Day 3
Objective: grade level vocabulary and listening for understanding; revising and editing
    1. SAT Field Test
      1. It was originally scheduled for 8:05am in the commons area.  However, the freshmen are viewing the "AIM for Success" program.  Juniors will take the test after the freshmen program is over.  
      2. The field test should only take about 1.5-2 hours.
    2. Grades
      1. I'm getting them all in as quickly as possible.  Thank you for your patience.  
    3. Canned Food Drive Extra Credit Worksheet
      1. Follow the directions on the worksheet.
      2. Turn it in by Friday.
      3. I would wait until at least tomorrow to fill it out because I have MANY grades to put into SkyWard.

      1. If you're not done, it is due by 4:00pm
      2. One of these will count as a test grade.  I'll tell you which one when I return tomorrow.

    1. "The Devil and Tom Walker" by Washington Irving Worksheets (Literary Analysis: Characterization, Reading Strategy: Evaluate Social Influences of the Historical Period, Vocabulary Builder, and Support for Writing)
      1. You may work with ONE partner (but you each have to fill it out)
      2. Due TOMORROW at 4:00pm
      3. One of these will count as a test grade.  I'll tell you which one when I return tomorrow.
