Week 7, Day 4
Objective: Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary Development

1. NEW BELL WORK INSTRUCTIONS
1. We will start doing Bell Work on a Google Doc in Google Classroom, until further notice. Here's how it is going to work...each day you will write the Bell Work Number (#1, #2, #3, etc.), the date, and COPY the bell work question(s) from my blog.  Then you will answer the bell work.  In between each bell work, please put a double or triple space, so I can easily see a distinction between entries.  Also, each day, you will put the newest bell work AT THE TOP of the Google Doc.  
2. Also, because it is the 2nd six weeks, we are going to ADD 10 words...every day you will write at least 50 words and use at least two SAT words.  The ONLY time you WON'T do this is when I SPECIFICALLY say that it doesn't have to be that long.  
3. I hope all of this makes sense!!!!!!
2. 2nd Six Weeks Bell Work #1: 
1. Based on your understanding of Edgar Allan Poe thus far, explain how this picture is an appropriate representation of his life.
   
   
   
3. Week 7 SAT Words
4. Finish A&E Biography over Edgar Allan Poe
1. Complete the assignment on Google Classroom as you watch the biography.
2. Due on Friday at 4:00pm.
5. Discuss Poe
6. Read/Discuss "Eldorado" by Edgar Allan Poe
7. Announcement: 
1. Sign-up for the PSAT!!!!
1. I will give extra credit for those who take it.
2. Will occur on Wednesday, October 14.
3. Cost is $15.00.
4. If you want to take it, but cost is an issue, TALK TO ME!!!
